We offer a 3-day replacement window, which means you can request a replacement within 3 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Replacement
Replacements are only accepted in cases of damaged or defective products. To be eligible:
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Product must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase/receipt is required

Damages & Issues

Exchanges
